In order to receive the *AUD$1000 Cash Back in your pocket offer, correct and full information provided on the referral form forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
The friend or family member you are referring to Dome Building Solutions (Aust) Pty Ltd must be based in Melbourne, Victoria. Upon receiving your referral Dome Building Solutions (Aust) Pty Ltd will contact your referral client and discuss the requirements of their project.
The referral (friend) must agree to the stated terms and conditions and consent to the referee (you) receiving the $AUD1000 Cash for your referral.
Dome Building Solutions (Aust) Pty Ltd will then provide a full quotation including all labour, trades and materials required to complete the job. Should the client be happy with the estimate provided and the total quotation equates to $AUD50,000 or more, you will then be eligible for the $AUD1000 Cash in your pocket offer. Once the project is completed in full, the referee (you) will receive $AUD1000.00 Cash in your pocket.
Entry is free and open to Victorian residents only, aged 18 years or older who complete the referral form during the promotional period. Employees and immediate family member of Dome Building Solutions (Aust) Pty with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To be eligible, referees must enter in their own name (you) and details, followed by the full details of their referral (friend) on the provided referral form.
Dome Building Solutions (Aust) Pty Ltd reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification before issuing the $1000 Cash or quotation/contract.
Incomplete or incomprehensible referrals will be deemed invalid. Refferals containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to receive the cash offer. Dome Building Solution (Aust) Pty Ltd’s decision to disqualify a referral is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected referrals.
Referees (you) may refer as many referees (friend) as they like for the duration of the referral offer.
The referee will be notified by email following the signed contract and deposit being received. In the event that the contact notification email is returned as undeliverable, the offer will be forfeited.
The referral offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other STA Travel or third party discounts or special offers.
The cash offered is for at $AUD1000 (including GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value. The $AUD1000, or any unused portion of the cash, is not transferable or exchangeable.
All referrals and any copyright subsisting in the referrals become and remain the property of Dome Building Solutions (AUST) Pty Ltd. Dome Building Solutions (AUST) Pty Ltd collects contact information about referrals in order to contact them about the offer.
Dome Building Solutions (AUST) Pty Ltd may also use the information to assist in improving goods and services and to contact referees in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.
The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Referees submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
